When you are trying to lose weight most diets tell you to avoid certain foods or not to eat before or after certain hours of the clock. These claims are total nonsense.
You can eat whatever you like and eat it whenever you like. When you really want to eat chocolate, or a cake or biscuit, or whatever your own particular weakness, then go ahead and eat it. Enjoy it, revel in it, taste every single molecule of that food and you will have greater long term diet success than if you deprive yourself of your favourite treat and go around feeling miserable all day.
