Walter Mischel later discovered that those children who had been successful also performed better in their SAT tests years later. Thus a link between displaying an instinctive ability to find a strategy to delay gratification and that of success in later life can be seen.

In the recent past, we have seen an increase in the number of weight loss programs and foods. This has been pushed by the increase in the number of people suffering from obesity and excess weight. Although some of these programs have a "natural" tag, they are not natural as such. A natural remedy to the problem of weight is one that existed even before the weight problem became common, not a product or program that has come up after excess weight has become a widespread problem. A good example of a natural solution to the weight problem is tea. Yeah, I said tea. Although most people are not aware of this fact, tea is an effective remedy to the weight problem. Tea is a natural remedy and existed even before the issue of excess weight actually became a problem. Regular tea consumption helps reduce the excess fats in the body.
